For over 40 years, Pinehurst Properties has built, leased and provided on-site management to local, regional, national and international companies utilizing industrial space for light manufacturing, warehousing and distribution.
A majority of Pinehurst Properties' buildings are contained in two business parks -- Pinehurst Industrial Park and Park Jefferson -- located in the Shepherdsville Road area of Louisville, Kentucky near GE Appliance Park, just outside the Watterson Expressway. These business parks feature class A buildings just minutes away from I-65, I-264, UPS Worldport, and the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport.
Pinehurst owns additional properties on Gardiner Lane in Louisville and on Progress Way in Southern Indiana.
